Body
Sometimes extreme stress in our lives seems to trigger physical symptoms like Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Sometimes our body acts as a mirror for what is going on inside, so perhaps a lack of flexibility in your body is reflecting your inflexibility in life or perhaps knee or foot problems are reflecting a fear of moving forward.
There have been numerous books written on the subject and there are whole new fields like *epigenetics springing up as we begin to unravel what makes us tick.
*(Epigenetics is about anything affecting the genome not encoded in DNA 0 like chemicals triggered by our emotions which can affect our DNA according to Bruce Lipton PhD, the cellular biologst who wrote 'The Biology of Belief')
Hypnotherapy is also sometimes used to help clients deal with chronic pain with the use of self hypnosis.
**I have specialist training from the International Institute of Clinical and Medical Hypnosis in the practical application and techniques of Medical Hypnosis

So if you want help with something not mentioned here or are unsure about anything or want to ask me any questions please do feel free to phone or e-mail me for more information.
*As is required and recommended, I am happy to contact your doctor for you to obtain his/her permission before working with any condition which may have a physiological cause.*
Always bear in mind that regardless of what you may have been led to believe, some issues may require a degree of willpower - as in every area of life, the more committed you are to achieving what you want to achieve, the more likely you are to succeed.
Our mind, body and spirit are all components which go to make up the perfect whole (hence the term whole-istic or holistic) and problems in one area of our lives often impacts on the other two.
