Mind
What goes on in our minds can colour the way we live our lives and many people underestimate the mind's power to work for or against them, until they suffer a serious problem which interferes with their daily lives like panic attacks or phobias. We all live busy lives and often this takes it's toll on out ability to live the life we want in.
I enjoy working with a wide range of problems, in fact I probably work with more mind-body related problems than you might think! So if you want help with something not mentioned here or are unsure about anything or want to ask me any questions please do feel free to phone or e-mail me for more information.
*As is required and recommended, I am happy to contact your doctor for you to obtain his/her permission before working with any condition which may have a physiological cause.*
Always bear in mind that regardless of what you may have been led to believe, some issues may require a degree of willpower - as in every area of life, the more committed you are to achieving what you want to achieve, the more likely you are to succeed.
Our life experience can influence the way we deal with life and what we learn or experience in childhood, for instance, can set our blueprint for life; so having been told we’re worthless or ugly or stupid can colour the way we view life and create limitations on our ability to live life to the full as an adult – let’s face it if you think you are stupid you may not think you are capable of passing a driving test or taking a degree or if you’ve been told you are ugly you may not have the confidence to live the life you truly deserve. Similarly our adult experiences can also limit our lives as we struggle to deal with stress and other people’s demands and expectations of us or develop a pattern of abusive, controlling relationships.
I have worked with hundreds of people with many different problems, very real problems I would add, which have stopped them living their lives to the full and one of my greatest pleasures is seeing someone who manages to turn their life around and live the life they deserve.
