Pam Segal Hypnotherapy & Holistic Health
Hello, I’m Pam Segal – welcome to my website - I hope you find it helpful and interesting
I have been a practising analytical hypnotherapist in the Basildon area since I qualified in 2001 and have more recently added medical hypnotherapy and noesitherapy to my professional toolbox.  During this time I have spent thousands of hours helping hundreds of people take back control of their lives and relieve their symptoms. Up to 70% of my clients at any one time come from the personal recommendations of ex-clients, but if you aren’t fortunate enough to know someone who has successfully been treated with hypnotherapy you might find it harder to choose the right hypnotherapist for you.

Because you want to make the right choice of hypnotherapist for you I will give you a free consultation of up to an hour so you can come and have a chat and discuss your problems, while I take the time to explain how hypnotherapy works and whether or not I think I can help you (if I think I can’t help I will do my best to refer you on to someone who I think will best be able to help you).  I will also explain what your personal treatment plan will be and what we can hope to achieve.   After the free consultation I am happy for you to go away and discuss your decision with your friends and family, or just have a think about it and then get back to me if you decide you want to go ahead.

As people look more and more beyond conventional medicine for help with their problems, many more people are taking an interest in holistic solutions to their problems.  Both hypnotherapy and Theta DNA Healing offer holistic, drug free options which can be used in conjunction with conventional medical treatment if necessary, empowering people to become involved in their own healing.

I hope you enjoy my website, there is lots of information here on hypnotherapy hypnosis and Theta DNA Healing, but if you would like to know anything more or just have a chat please feel free to get in touch – I’ll be glad to hear from you.

Hypnotherapy is becoming more widely accepted by conventional medicine and an article in the Sunday Telegraph on 7th June, 2009 states that “Prof. David Spiegel of the Dept. of Psychiatry & Behavioural sciences at Stanford University will tell the Royal Society of Medicine on Monday that NICE should add hypnotherapy to its list of approved therapeutic techniques for the treatment of conditions ranging from allergies and high blood pressure to the pain associated with cancer treatment and bone marrow transplantation.

NICE has already approved the technique for the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome”

Hypnotherapy can help with more problems and conditions that you probably realise (see What Hypnotherapy Can Help) including IBS, anxiety, childbirth, pain control, panic attacks, self confidence, fears and phobias, exam and driving test nerves as well as weight control and stopping smoking for good.

(Having suffered from IBS myself I know how embarrassing & debilitating the condition can be and I also know that with the specialist training I have received in this area, that hypnotherapy can be very successful in dramatically reducing the symptoms)
