As people start to look beyond conventional medicine, with it’s frequently drug based solutions for their problems, more and more people are taking an interest in holistic solutions to their problems. Both hypnotherapy and Theta DNA Healing offer holistic, drug free options which can be used in conjunction with conventional medical treatment if necessary, empowering people to become involved in their own healing.
New breakthroughs are happening on a regular basis regarding the effects of our thoughts and beliefs on the physical make up of our body, Bruce Lipton’s groundbreaking book ‘The Biology of Belief’ demonstrates that each individual cell in our body has a brain and that our cells and DNA respond to our emotions and experiences.
Masaru Emoto has astonished the world with his photographs of water crystals. Water responds to emotions like anger or love. And when Masaru Emoto exposed water to these emotions and then froze it, he was able to photograph the crystals it formed. These crystals are either ugly and sad when exposed to negative emotions and conditions or beautifully formed when exposed to positive emotions and conditions.
So our cells, DNA and the water which constitutes 70% of our bodies are affected by our beliefs and emotions. These discoveries open up a whole new world of possibilities and opportunities for us to take control of our mental, physical and spiritual health - we truly do live in exciting times!
You will find lots of information on my website about both hypnotherapy and Theta DNA Healing, so make yourself comfortable and settle down to discover more about the fascinating world of holistic healing.
